How to Use the Japanese Consultation Form

The consultation form is written mainly in Japanese.

Below is a simple explanation of each required field so you can complete it smoothly.

  • Full Name (Kanji) – For Japanese speakers only.
    Non‑Japanese may enter their name in English.
  • Name (Kana) – Japanese phonetic spelling.
    Non‑Japanese may enter “N/A”.
  • Postal Code – Enter your postal code.
  • Address – Enter your full address.
  • Phone Number – Numbers only, no hyphens.
  • Email Address – Enter your email address.
  • Preferred Date & Time – e.g., “Prefer Mondays”, “Around the 2nd week of March”.
  • Consultation Details – Describe your situation or questions.

I am a non‑resident of Japan. Do I still need to file a tax return?

Depending on your Japan‑source income, you may be required to file.
